Delivery times
In EAST FLANDERS we will visit you within 3 WORKING DAYS. For OTHER REGIONS (Benelux) our courier will visit you on THURSDAY at the time you choose, if you confirm your order before 12:00 PM on Monday. ATTENTION! We do not deliver ice cream products outside East Flanders!
You can also collect from our collection points and this is completely free! Of course, take the opening hours into account. Your order will be available after 2 working days!
Our ice cream cakes take a little more time. We always try to offer you the most beautiful ice lambs, Christmas tree trunks, birthday cakes, etc. Do you order them 5 working days in advance?
Shipping costs
Depending on your order, your confectionery will be transported in ambient*, refrigerated or deep-frozen conditions. Refrigerated products are placed in an insulating EPS box with cooling elements. Track & trace
We sell fresh or frozen products, thus always opt for food-safe transportation approved by the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain. Order your sweets online from Larmuseau, and you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. To avoid delays in transportation, you cannot change the delivery address as of this moment. One day prior to delivery, our logistics partner will send an email containing the detailed timing and an online tracking code. They’ll also send a text message half an hour prior to delivery. That way you know when to expect the arrival of your fresh sweets and can instantly store them at an optimal temperature.
It’s possible that you’re unable to locate your confirmation email or online tracking code in your mailbox. These often end up in your spam folder. Still can’t find it? Then please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Unsure whether you’ll be home at the time of your delivery? When making an online purchase you can enter a neighbour’s address or arrange the free collection of your order from one of the Larmuseau collection points (in Mariakerke, Ghent and Lochristi).
